Haluk Bayram has been a Post-Doctoral Associate at RSN working with Prof. Volkan Isler (Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Minnesota) since 2014. His research interests include target tracking and localization, multirobot coordination and task allocation. After receiving his Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. Isil Bozma and Prof. Aysin Ertuzun in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University, Turkey in 2013, he continued working as a Post-Doctoral at ISL until 2014.

During his PhD studies he worked as a teaching and research assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He participated in the design and implementation of multirobot system and educational robot.
